Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgical treatment of gastric or colorectal cancer under general anesthesia by endotracheal intubation; 2. Aged greater than or equal to 65 years, male or female; 3. ASA grade I-IV level; 4. Join voluntarily and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from muscle-related diseases such as myasthenia gravis, inflammatory myopathy and progressive muscular dystrophy; 2. Suffering from diseases such as Parkinson's disease, fracture, paraplegia, amputation, sequela of cerebral infarction and so on; 3. At the end stage of chronic disease; 4. Taking drugs that have been shown to cause symptoms similar to weakness, including Donepezil Hydrochloride, L-dopa and antidepressants; 5. Those who are unable to cooperate with severe dementia, disturbance of consciousness or cognitive impairment.
