Low dose Melatonin group :oral Melatonin (3mg/d) for 1 month before IVF
High dose Melatonin group :oral Melatonin (6mg/d) for 1 month before IVF

20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? 20 years old = age = 40 years old. ? The patient was diagnosed as Endometriosis at the Reproductive Center of Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated to Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital. ? Regular menstruation. ? Ovarian function is normal, with AMH>1.0ng/ml. ? Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Received other antioxidant therapy 3 months before IVF surgery. ? Polycystic ovary syndrome. ? History of diabetes, hypertension, rheumatism and immunity. ? History of combined malignant and borderline tumors. ? History of recurrent miscarriage. ? Chromosomal karyotype abnormalities, excluding chromosomal polymorphisms. ? Vulnerable groups, including individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiteracy, etc.
