Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the tenth edition of the diagnosis and treatment protocol "critical COVID-19"; (2) Age 18-85 years old; (3) Patients undergoing mechanical ventilation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe intra-abdominal pressure increase (2) intracranial pressure increase (3) Recent history of facial, chest and abdominal, fracture, spine and other operations; (4) Confirmed venous thromboembolism, and anticoagulation treatment less than 2 days; (5) Hemodynamic instability; (6) pregnancy status; (7) Research objects deemed unsuitable by researchers.
