Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age > 18 years old; (2) unilateral/bilateral shoulder joint fractures, including proximal humerus, collarbone and shoulder blade, combined/non-combined dislocation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Vertigo caused by pererior lesions, brainstem/cerebral cortex/spinal lesions, hypertension, spondylosis, etc.; (2) severe lateral limb dysfunction before the injury (DASH is greater than 90 points and ASSES less than 6.4 points) or the current lateral limb function score is less than 2 MCIDs; (3) The fracture is not healed; (4) simple dislocation; (5) lack of Chinese reading and writing ability; (6) advanced malignant tumors, liver and kidney failure, etc., resulting in the inability to complete the physical ability; (7) Motor system dysfunction of the limbs caused by central/perior nervous system diseases; (8) Unable to understand or refuse to participate due to cognitive dysfunction or other reasons.
