Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy subjects aged 18-40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous history of ocular trauma and ocular surgery (including refractive surgery) 2. history of ocular disease other than dry eye and refractive error 3. Wearing contact lens 1 week before the examination 4. comorbid autoimmune disease or use of immunosuppressive drugs within 1 month 5. concurrently enrolled in any other clinical trial 6. Subjects who, in the judgment of the investigator, may have a systemic disease that makes them unsuitable for participation in this study
