Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for early HUA patients: Adult subjects with first detection of fasting blood uric acid>420 µ Mol/L and<600 µ Mol/L [47]. Notify them to recheck their blood uric acid levels within two weeks under normal dietary conditions and still exceed 420 µ Mol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Non compliant patients; People with arthritis, gout stone, Kidney stone disease, hypertension, hyperglycemia, hypertriglyceridemia, Hypercholesterolemia, primary kidney disease, coronary heart disease, Rheumatoid arthritis and other immune system diseases.
