Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Infants and toddlers aged 6-36 months; 2. Infants and toddlers diagnosed with atopic dermatitis (AD) based on Yao's diagnostic criteria for AD; 3. Atopic dermatitis was evaluated by dermatologists, with an Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) score of less than 21 (mild to moderate); 4. Patients whose parents or legal guardians have provided informed consent by signing the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with immunodeficiency disorders and compromised immune function; 2. Children who have received systemic immunosuppressive medications or antibiotics within the past 3 months; 3. Children who have used probiotic-related products in the past month or are currently taking probiotics and are unwilling to discontinue; 4. Children who have participated in a drug study within the past 3 months; 5. Patients with mild to moderate AD, but currently in the acute phase.
