Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Blood and stool samples of patients diagnosed with breast cancer and requiring breast biopsy or cancer tissue resection in West China Hospital, Chengdu University Affiliated Hospital,Chengdu Medical College Affiliated Hospital, Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College, andSuining Central Hospital. only blood and stool samples were collected from family members of the subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those hit the following rules will not be included in the sample collection of this project: 1) Those who have a record of antibiotic use 1 month before enrollment; 2) Those who have a record of hormone use 1 month before enrollment; 3) Those with intestinal infection-related diseases; 4) Those who are receiving other cancer treatment.
