18 Years to 105 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Complying with the relevant thrombolysis standards for rt-PA (0.9 mg/kg) in the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke and receiving intravenous thrombolysis within 4.5 hours of onset; Performing bridging therapy; Having a complete medical history record; Obtaining informed consent of the patient or their legally authorized agent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concomitant severe mental disorders or dementia; Severe organ dysfunction such as heart, liver, and kidney; Malignant tumors; Acute myocardial infarction; Infectious and rheumatic immune diseases.
