18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-65 years who require prolonged mechanical ventilation (> 3 hours) for various reasons and who are excluded from lung and other organ or tissue infections through clinical manifestations, pulmonary auscultation, imaging and blood routine examination are eligible for inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of smoking, systemic inflammatory disease, or various reasons that preclude bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage.
