Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who received preconception treatment at our Reproductive Medicine Department during the August 2018 and January 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were women with the obstruction of bilateral fallopian tubes, a definitive diagnosis of anatomic genital anomalies via gynecologic examination, ultrasound, hysterosalpingography, or a history of hepatic or renal insufficiency, or couples with chromosomal abnormalities.
