18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Disease group: (1) Age range 18-70; (2) Right-handedness and native Mandarin Chinese speakers; (3) Diagnosed as chronic ischemic cerebrovascular disease (such as carotid artery stenosis to occlusion, vertebrobasilar artery stenosis to occlusion, atherosclerotic stenosis to occlusion of intracranial artery and moyamoya disease, etc.); (4) Education level: junior high school or above; (5) Meets the indications for surgical revascularization. For Control group: (1) Age range 18-70; (2) Right-handedness and native Mandarin Chinese speakers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other neurological or psychiatric disease; (2) Intolerance of linguistic or neuroimaging assessment; (3) Neurosurgical treatment history.
