Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Children undergoing adenectomy or adenotonsillectomy at Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University;(2)The surgery is expected to take less than an hour;(3)Age 3-7 years old;(4)ASAI-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Neuropsychiatric diseases; Developmental delay; (2) Maladaptive behavior; Attention deficit disorder; (3) autism; (4) Refusal of parents; (5) Mild cold; (6) a history of severe hearing or visual impairment; (7) Preoperative anxiety, need sedation pretreatment; (8) The establishment of venous access failed
