Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 70 years, according to the American Kidney Foundation KDOQI guidelines, CKD stage of chronic kidney disease refer to K/DOQ I definition of CKD: 1. =3 months of renal impairment. Renal impairment refers to structural or functional abnormalities of the kidney with or without decreased GFR, manifested as one of the following: Pathological abnormalities; There may be indicators of kidney damage, including abnormalities in blood or urine composition, or abnormalities in imaging. 2.GFR < 60ml/min/1.73m2=3 months, with or without clinical manifestations of renal impairment. All are treated as CKD. Renal replacement therapy (including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and kidney transplantation) had not been initiated at the time of renal puncture pathology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding patients who had received renal replacement therapy regularly for a long time, had no access to key data, had less than 12 months of follow-up, and had malignant tumors.
