Interventions

SIMV-PC group:SIMV-PC mode would be implemented during anesthetic emergence.
SIMV/PSV group :SIMV/PSV mode would be implemented during anesthetic emergence.
Control group:Allowing the spontaneous breathe with intermittent manual assistance during emergence,

18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18yr = age < 80yr 2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–III 3) scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery with an expected duration of at least 2 h 4) planned to be extubate in the operating room.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) suffering from pneumothorax, acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome within the last 3 months, 2) underlying lung disease, which include history of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), history of severe asthma and history of severe restrictive lung disease, 3) previous lung surgery, 4) expectation of difficult intubation., 5) the withdrawal of consent, 6) known pregnancy, 7) participation in another interventional study, 8) and with a body mass index (BMI) of > 30 kg/m2., 9) moderate or severe impairment observed on pulmonary function test.
