Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged >= 18 years with cancer; 2. Have not received surgical or chemical treatment or radiotherapy before; 3. One or more imaging methods indicate suspected cervical lymph node metastasis indicated cervical lymph nodes suspected for metastasis; 4. Underwent fine-needle aspiration cytology and thyroglobulin (Tg) measurement in washout fluid from biopsy (FNA-Tg) examinations or intraoperative quick-frozen pathological examination within a week after the US and CEUS examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were allergic to eggs and were not suitable for CEUS examinations; 2. Had an angina attack in the last six months or have had prior severe coronary artery disease; 3. Had severe lung diseases; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
