Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Refractory PD related mental disorders (1) = 30 years old; (2) The diagnosis was based on MDSPD diagnostic standard (Postuma et al., 2015); (3) The diagnosis was made by a neurologist in the Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University; (4) The mental symptoms were obvious, the total score of NPI severity was>=9 points, the mental symptoms were not relieved after the reduction of Parkinson's medication, the mental symptoms were not relieved after the full use of clozapine and quetiapine (= 600mg/d chlorpromazine equivalent), and the NPI severity * frequency score was reduced by<20% Non psychiatric PD group: (1) age = 30 years; (2) The diagnosis is based on MDSPD diagnostic criteria; (3) The diagnosis was made by a neurologist in the Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University; (3) The severity of NPI was less than 3, and other exclusion criteria were similar to those of the mental disorder group. In terms of age, sex, education level and equivalent dose of Parkinson's drugs, the control group and the refractory mental disorder group were matched to ensure that there was no significant difference between the two groups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have a history of serious mental disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder and/or schizophrenia; (2) There is an existing primary nervous system disease other than Parkinson's disease, such as stroke and brain tumor; (3) Physical diseases that can cause emotional problems, such as hypothyroidism, syphilis infection and anemia; (4) Those unable to complete MRI scanning due to incompatibility or metal implants in the body; (6) Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR)>0.5; (8) Hachinski Ischemic Score (HIS)>4 points.
