18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-70 years old, regardless of gender. ? According to the fifth edition of Periodontology, the clinical diagnosis is moderate to severe periodontitis. ? All the following conditions shall be met: there are still PD = 5mm sites or/and teeth/tooth with mobility not exceeding III ° after non-surgical periodontal therapy; X-ray examination should include at least one of the followings: vertical bone loss around root, bone loss of root bifurcation, and widened periodontal ligament space; Complete dentition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Poor oral hygiene. ? Heavy smokers (= 10 cigarettes/day). ? There are uncontrolled or poorly controlled systemic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, blood disease, etc. ? History of malignant tumor or other serious diseases. ? Other reasons that are not suitable for the treatment according to researchers. ? Patients participating in other clinical trials.
