Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Age: 18~70 years old 2: 14C-urea breath test and gastric mucosa histopathology examination under gastroscopy showed positive results in any of the tests. 3: Complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Previous helicobacter pylori eradication therapy 2: In the period of pregnancy or lactation 3: Mental illness, severe respiratory disease, liver and kidney disease, malignancy and other underlying diseases that may interfere with the study were present before admission 4: Previous history of gastric and duodenal surgery 5: Have used PPI preparations, antibiotics or other antibacterial drugs within 1 month in the past 6: People who are allergic to any of the drugs or drug components used in this treatment.
