Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years old 2) Diagnosed as hematological diseases with granulocyte deficiency and fever (single measurement of oral temperature = 38.3 ? (axillary temperature = 38.0 ?) or = 38.0 ? (axillary temperature = 37.7 ?) for more than 1 hour) 3) Combined with one of the following factors: (1)CRO positive with stool or throat swab screening; (2) Previous CRO infection; (3) The treatment of broad-spectrum anti-bacterial drugs is ineffective; (4) Hemodynamic instability 4) Good liver and kidney function: alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin are less than 2 times of the normal upper limit; Serum creatinine50ml/min/1.73m2 5) Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with other malignant tumors 2) Fever is considered to be caused by non-infectious factors 3) Pregnant or lactating women 4) Patients participating in other clinical trials at the same time 5) Other researchers think it is not suitable to be enrolled
