Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old and = 85 years old; 2. Malignant obstructive jaundice confirmed by imaging and pathology; 3. Volunteer to participate in the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Abnormal coagulation function (INR>1.5 or PLT<50×10^9/L or long-term oral anticoagulants); 3. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary disease, hematological system disease, and other systemic diseases that cannot tolerate surgery; 4. Concomitant intrahepatic bile duct stones or Mirizzi syndrome; 5. Concomitant with other serious liver diseases, pancreatitis, primary sclerosing cholangitis, or systemic infections, etc 6. A large amount of abdominal fluid accumulation; 7. Previously underwent yellow reduction surgery such as PTBD or EBD.
