Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who presented to the Department of Ophthalmology, West China Hospital, Sichuan University from May 2023 to December 2023 and were newly diagnosed with TAO; or patients who were diagnosed at an outside hospital but did not undergo any treatment were collected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with intracranial lesions or other ocular diseases, including ocular space-occupying diseases and diseases that damage visual function; (2) Patients with other autoimmune diseases.
