Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who acccept Elective thyroid surgery(with/without lymph node dissection) asa ?-II age 20-65y bmi 18.5-27.0kg/m2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertensive patients with poor preoperative blood pressure control, sever cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; Patients with hyperthyroidism or other endocrine and neurological and endocrine disorder; Patients with neuromuscular diseases that affect neuromuscular junction; Patients with previous recurrent laryngeal vagus nerve injury; Have Mental Disorder language communication difficulties;
