Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction/cerebral hemorrhage in the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage 2019; ?Age 18 years or older; ?One month after the first diagnosis, hemiplegia was present, and the lower limb muscle strength was grade III or above; ?Brunnstrom staging: lower limb stage III or above, upper limb stage II or above; ?Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke Patients (PASS) 17 points, can cooperate with the completion of cognitive and gait assessment; ?Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Unstable vital signs; ?Serious heart, lung, kidney, liver and other organ diseases; ?Limb dysfunction before brain lesions; ?Abnormal postural control caused by other reasons, such as vestibular system diseases, visual abnormalities, auditory abnormalities, peripheral nerve and musculoskeletal diseases; ?Severe cognitive impairment, major depression, inability to cooperate with cognitive and balance assessments; ?With metal implants, such as cardiac pacemakers or cochlear implants; ?Epilepsy or the use of drugs that affect cortical excitability.
