Dexmedetomidine Group:Perform 1 ug/kg dexmedetomidine nasal drops before anesthesia induction
Saline group:Nasal saline drops are performed prior to induction of anesthesia

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Gender is not limited, ages 18-65 years, ASA graded I-II. Sign an informed consent form with the patient before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: history of serious adverse effects; Patients with hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine or anesthetic drugs; Hypotension and bradycardia; BMI>35kg/m2 ; history of cardiac disease such as ischemic heart disease; asthma, sleep apnea, pregnancy; use of a-2 agonists or antagonists; History of opioid or sedative use in the week prior to surgery.
