Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years, right lipped hand; ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage (2019); ? First onset, presence of hemiparesis, lower limb muscle strength grade III or above; ? Brunnstrom staging: stage III or above in the affected lower limb and stage II or above in the upper limb; ? Ability to stand for 5 min without assistance ; ? MMSE >17 points, ability to cooperate in completing cognitive and gait assessment ; ? Informed consent from family and patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Instability of vital signs; ? Severe heart, lung, kidney, liver and other organ diseases; ? Limb dysfunction existed before brain lesion; ? Abnormal posture control caused by other reasons, such as cerebellar diseases, vestibular system diseases, extrapyramidal abnormalities, visual abnormalities, hearing abnormalities, peripheral nerve and musculoskeletal diseases, etc. ? Severe cognitive impairment, severe depression and inability to cooperate with cognitive and balance assessment; ? There are metal implants, such as pacemakers or cochlear implants; ? Epilepsy or using drugs that affect cortical excitability. (4) Severe cognitive impairment, severe depression, inability to cooperate with cognitive and balance assessment; (5) Have metal implants, such as pacemakers or cochlear implants.
