18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patients scheduled for abdominal surgery, 2) patients aged 18-65 years, 3) ASA grade I-II, 4) BMI: 18-30 kg/m2;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) contraindication to general anesthesia; 2) cardiac function < Gt; Grade 3, history of severe cardiovascular disease; 3) unstable angina pectoris, or myocardial infarction within the last 6 months; 4) patients at risk of severe elevation of blood pressure or intracranial pressure; 5) hypertension not satisfactorily controlled (systolic and/or diastolic blood pressure =180 mmHg during screening; 6) history of alcohol abuse and long-term use of sedatives and opioids; 7) liver and renal dysfunction; 8) history of psychiatric disorders; 8) glaucoma; 9) hyperthyroidism without or under-treated treatment; and 10) ineligibility for the trial as judged by the investigators.
