Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition); (3) Diagnosis time =1 year; (4) Clear consciousness, good reading and communication skills; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) suffering from mental diseases; (2) Patients who do not know how to use smart phones and wechat platforms; (3) Diagnosed diabetic retinopathy, severe diabetic complications (diabetic ketoacidosis, hypertonic syndrome, hypoglycemic coma) or diseases of heart, brain, kidney and other important organs; (4) Participate in other similar researchers at the same time.
