Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Women in the early stage of pregnancy with a natural singleton pregnancy or infants born at full term with a healthy singleton who can obtain the data of pregnancy, delivery and lactation required by the research; (2) The mother or child is in good health; (3) Permanent resident of the area and communicate with family members barrier-free; (4) Voluntarily comply with and cooperate with the questionnaire survey and follow-up sampling and follow-up requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women > 35 years old; (2) Assisted reproduction; (3) Twins or above; (4) Number of births > 2 (including this pregnancy); (5) Abnormal scanning results of posterior cervical zona pellucida (NT ultrasonic examination); (6) The mother suffers from chronic/infectious/major diseases, or suffers from hypertension, diabetes, or postpartum depression during pregnancy; (7) The mother has received antibiotic treatment for more than 7 days during pregnancy or lactation, or the baby has received antibiotic treatment for more than 7 days after birth; (8) Long-term use of probiotics/prebiotics dietary supplements by mothers during pregnancy or lactation, or long-term use of probiotics/prebiotics dietary supplements by infants after birth; (9) The mother or infant is participating in a nutritional or pharmaceutical intervention study.
