65 Years to 86 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged more than 65-years old, who scheduled elective spinal surgery and were predicted to stay in hospital more than 2 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with emergency surgery, expected length of survive =24 hours, severe preoperative cognitive impairment, visual or hearing impairment (unable to communicate with interviewer with mandarin) were excluded.
