Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?History of cholecystectomy ?18-65 years of age; ? patients without a history of serious illness (e.g. malignancy) or upper gastrointestinal tract disease; ? commitment to cooperate with the study throughout the experimental period; ? willingness to provide written informed consent, basic information questionnaire; ? Not taking antibiotics or probiotic products one month prior to inclusion in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) History of gastrointestinal surgery (except appendectomy); ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? a history of any serious medical condition (severe cardiovascular, endocrine, hepatic or renal dysfunction, etc.); ? Patients will also be excluded if they have taken antibiotics or probiotic products in the month prior to inclusion in the study; ? Subjects participating in other clinical trials; ?Those who are unwilling or unable to provide written informed consent to participate in the study and after the investigator has informed the investigator of the purpose, procedure and possible risks; ? Those who do not meet the requirements of the study or who, in the opinion of the investigator, should not participate in the study.
