60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Aged =60 years old, living in Fuzhou community for more than six months;? Understand the language, and have basic reading and writing skills;?Have certain independent activity ability, and can participate in offline intervention projects;? Have smart phones and can use WeChat;?Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?those who participate in other similar research subjects;?those who have visual and hearing impairments, and those who can not communicate and learn normally.
