Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient met the clinical diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke, had the first onset, and did not undergo surgical thrombectomy at the acute stage; (2) The patient can cooperate with treatment and observation, clear consciousness and stable vital signs; (3) between 30 and 80 years old; (4) Patients accept the treatment plan, know and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) there are serious complications or infected persons before admission; (2) Those who have visual and hearing impairment and cannot be evaluated; (3) pregnant or lactating women; (4) Patients who participated in other clinical trials within 1 month; (5) Patients with a history of mental illness.
