Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Confirmed by psychiatrists, it meets the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5, and the condition is relatively stable; ? The score of Beck Depression Scale (BDI-II) was = 14, the score of Beck Anxiety Scale (BAI) was = 15, and the score of Yale-Brown Compulsive Disorder Scale (Y-BOCs) was = 6; ? Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent; ?18-60 years old, with junior high school education or above; ? Willing to cooperate with the evaluation of related scales.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with brain organic diseases and severe physical diseases; ? mental retardation; ? Those with a history of substance and drug abuse and dependence; (4) unable to cooperate with researchers.
