Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A.It is diagnosis stroke throught TCM and cerebral infarction, intracerebral haemorrhage or subarachnoid haemorrhage certified by computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging. B. paralysis, improved Ashworth scale grade ?to ?, did not use sedative or muscle relaxation drugs within 2 weeks. C. Age of 25 to 75 years, regardless of sex. D. A duration from stroke onset more than 2 weeks and for the first onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Limb spasm is not a neuromuscular disease caused by stroke, such as cerebroma, traumatic brain damage,hematopathy, etc. B. Other severe diseases that can influence cerebral infarction treatment effects and mental injury. C.Patients with dystonia caused by other causes and who had taken antispasmodic drugs within 2 weeks of the beginning of treatment. D. A pregnant or lactating state E. Participating in the other clinical trial,such as drugs,acupuncture or rehabilitation F. The acupuncture points suffer skin lesions and other dermatosis .
