Chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting

Interventions

intervention group:Nurses were given 4 stages of a total of 8 weeks of CINV nurse knowledge, attitude and practice training program based on CIPP model
control group:Carry out relevant business learning in a similar period of time. The first time: clinical common chemotherapy drugs
The second: the use of common antiemetic drugs
The third time: nursing of adverse reactions of digestive tract
The fourth time was chemotherapy related health education.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Engaged in chemotherapy drug administration nursing work for more than half a year ;They could fill out the questionnaire independently and voluntarily participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Advanced students, nursing managers; Nurses who were not engaged in nursing work in the ward during the study period due to illness, personal leave and other reasons
