18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 65>age >18 years; Arthroscopy confirmed rotator cuff tear; Repairable tear; Signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: An obvious history of shoulder trauma (such as dislocation, full thickness tear requiring surgery for fracture); Nervous system diseases affecting the shoulder; Other shoulder diseases (such as inflammatory arthritis, periarthritis of shoulder or instability of glenohumeral joint); Previous shoulder surgery; Unable to implement and maintain exercise therapy; Patients with severe basic diseases and poor compliance cannot complete the experiment; Patients with cognitive impairment; Refusing to sign the informed consent form
