Group A (occupational therapy group):Give routine unilateral neglect occupational therapy
Group B (VR rehabilitation training group):Give routine unilateral neglect occupational therapy and immersive VR rehabilitation training
Group C (acupuncture point group):Acupuncture treatment was given on the basis of group A treatment
Group D (VR rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture point group):Combined acupuncture point therapy on the basis of group B treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The clinical diagnosis of head CT and/or MRI conforms to the criteria of "cerebral hemorrhage" and "cerebral infarction" in the 2019 Diagnostic Essentials of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China issued by the Neurological Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; ? Patients who have had their first stroke. The lesions were located on the right side of the cerebral hemisphere, and the left unilateral space was ignored; ? At least one of the line cancellation test, star cancellation test, line bisection test, clock drawing test and copying drawing test is positive, which proves that there is unilateral spatial neglect; ? Right handedness, age 30-80 years, course of disease 30-180 days; ? The patient's condition is stable, the right hand can hold the pen, the sitting position is balanced above Grade II, and the patient maintains an upright sitting posture for more than 1 hour; ? Normal vision and hearing, no sensory aphasia, can receive guidance and cooperate in training; ? The patient and his family members signed the informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with other nervous system diseases (such as epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, dementia, etc.) and history of mental disease; ? Patients with agnosia, apraxia, visual impairment and visual field defect; ? There are people who cannot cooperate with language communication and treatment; ? Right hemiplegia or previous motor dysfunction; ? Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney diseases or organic diseases; ? People with scar or serious infection, ulcer and wound on the skin.
