Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? In line with the surgical indications, gynecologic laparoscopic surgery is planned; ? ASA grade I and II; ? Age: 18-65 years old; ? Patients gave informed consent to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who received immunosuppressive treatment 3 months before enrollment, and those with blood, circulatory system or immune system diseases; ? Preoperative opioid use, body mass index (BMI) > 35; ? Major organ dysfunction; ? Pregnant and lactating women; ? Allergic to the drugs used in this study. ? Those who are unwilling or unable to use patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) devices, and those who are unable to use the pain digital Rating Scale (NRS).
