Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients after the reconstruction of unilateral anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury the first time and treated with our routine exercise rehabilitation 2. With or without meniscus injury/other knee ligament reconstruction/osteochondral injury; 3. The range of knee flexion and extension is 90 ° and 180 ° respectively 4. Informed and agreed to participate in the study and cooperate with the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients do not accord with the clinical diagnosis standard; 2. Having had a history of lower limb fracture or knee ligament injury; 3. Having severe medical disease, local skin infection, Coagulopathy, and fever; 4. Having a family history of neurological disorder with TMS contraindications (e.g. cerebral hemorrhage, skull defect, epilepsy, tumor, brain trauma, etc.) ; 5. Having contraindications to TMS stimulation include cochlear implants, artificial pacemaker implants, brain stimulators, and intracranial metals; 6. In pregnancy status; 7. Refused to be evaluated.
