Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The definition, diagnosis and classification criteria of cerebral palsy in China Rehabilitation Guidelines for Cerebral palsy (2022). ? Age from 2 to 6 years old, gender is not limited. (3) gross motor function classification system (GMFCS) is grade IV ~ V. (4) Children with cerebral palsy who were diagnosed with dysplasia of the hip joint by bilateral plain radiographs of the hip joint and had not received surgical treatment, and whose hip joint grading was between grade ?a-?; ? The DQ(development quotient) value of children's neuropsychological development scale: DQ=25. ? Volunteer to participate in the study, and signed by his or her legal agent informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Uncontrolled epilepsy; ? With severe bone problems such as scoliosis Cobb > 40°, hip displacement MP > 33%; ? Congenital metabolic disease and spinal cord disease; Autoimmune diseases, infectious and infectious diseases; ? potentially life-threatening diseases associated with various organ systems; ? Participated in other clinical researchers in the past 3 months; ? Those who are considered unsuitable for inclusion by researchers.
