Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: nclusion Criteria 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. The duration is = 3 months; 3. The ophthalmic branch of Trigeminal nerve is involved; 4. First admission due to herpes-zoster Neuralgia, and only oral or Topical medication before admission; 5. Before admission, pain control was dissatisfaction or unbearable side effects appeared under the condition of using first-line drugs such as Pregabalin, Gabapentin and Amitriptyline; 6. Pain Rating Scale (NRS) = 5 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of heart, liver, and kidneys; 2. Pregnancy; 3.intracranial infections and tumors
