Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thyroid cancer (T1-4NxMx) who underwent thyroidectomy (including thyroid lobectomy, subtotal thyroidectomy, or total thyroidectomy); 2. Patients with thyroid bed lesions under the US surveillance; 3. Patients who will finish contrast-enhanced ultrasound (Sonazoid); 4. Patients underwent fine-needle aspiration (FNA) biopsy based on conventional ultrasound findings exhibiting suspicious features (considering lesion size, serum thyroglobulin [Tg] levels, higher-risk cancer histology and disease stage) or due to significant patient anxiety; and those with cytologically malignant lesions will undergo surgery; 5. Patietns with cytologically benign lesions or who refuse FNA receive at least one-year follow-up under US; 6. Patients with complete clinical and pathological documentation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other malignancies; 2. Patients with cardiovascular diseases (e.g., hypertension, coronary artery disease), allergies to protein-based agents, or other conditions contraindicating contrast-enhanced ultrasound; 3. Pregnant or lactating women.
