Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?In accordance with the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Idiopathic Facial Paralysis in China" issued by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2016. ?The first onset (the course of the disease is in the subacute phase, 7 days = the course of the disease = 21 days), and it is a unilateral onset without recovery. ?Age range from 18 to 75 years old. ?In the early stage of the disease, only prednisone and mecobalamin were given oral standardized treatment, and no other treatment methods were used;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Hunt syndrome, Otitis media, mastoiditis, parotitis, acoustic neuroma, skull base meningitis, intracranial metastasis of cancer or facial paralysis caused by multiple sclerosis; ?Central facial paralysis. ?Patients who are chronically ill, physically weak, mentally ill or infected, pregnant or lactating women, etc., who cannot participate in the experiment. ?Patients with infections, ulcers, or allergies to pressing needles at acupuncture points. ?Complicated with serious primary diseases such as bleeding prone diseases, cardio cerebral Vascular disease, tumors, multiple organ failure and other life-threatening diseases.
