Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 18-80 years old ? According to the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018, it was diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke. The diagnostic criteria were: a) acute onset. b) Focal nerve function defect (weakness or numbness of one side of face or limb, language disorder, etc.), and a few are comprehensive nerve function defects. c) The imaging shows that the responsible focus or symptoms/signs persist.d) Excluding non-vascular causes.e) Brain CT/MRI excluded cerebral hemorrhage. ? According to the Chinese Guidelines for Early Endovascular Intervention Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in 2018, patients who meet the indications for endovascular intervention and have undergone endovascular intervention and embolectomy (including patients who have been bridged and embolectomy after intravenous thrombolysis), the indications for intervention are: a) over the age of 18 years, and the patient or family members agree to the operation; b) Vascular interventional therapy should be carried out as soon as possible in patients with large vessel occlusion stroke. Vascular interventional therapy is recommended within 6 hours after the onset of anterior circulation occlusion. Vascular interventional therapy is recommended within 6 to 24 hours after the onset of anterior circulation occlusion. Vascular interventional therapy is recommended after strict imaging screening. Vascular interventional therapy is feasible within 24 hours after the onset of posterior circulation large vessel occlusion; c) CT excluded intracranial hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage; d) Acute ischemic stroke, confirmed by imaging examination as large vessel occlusion. ? The patient and (or) family members sign the informed consent form and have good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who failed to take thrombus by intravascular intervention (referring to the blood vessel not opened) ? Patients with intracranial hemorrhage conversion after intravascular interventional embolectomy ? Patients undergoing bone flap removal in neurosurgery ? Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal dysfunction ? Patients with poor compliance.
