Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patient had a clear diagnosis of chronic bronchitis but no acute pulmonary infection; ? Operation time > 2 hours; ?ASA Grade II-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who are unable to cooperate in inhalation therapy; ? Moderate to severe symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy or narrow-angle glaucoma; Inhaled beta-2 agonists, muscarinic antagonists, and/or glucocorticoids within 1 month before surgery; Myocardial infarction, severe cardiac dysfunction (New York Heart Association rating higher than level 3), or tachyarrhythmia that occurred within 1 year; (5) Need kidney replacement therapy; ? Severe liver dysfunction (Child-PughC class); ? Participate in other drug trials within 1 month before surgery
