40 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Gastric or colorectal cancer confirmed by pathological diagnosis; ? no family history of malignant tumor, no radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgical resection; ? no use of antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, statins or probiotics within 3 months before sample collection; ? patients received radical resection of tumors, and the pathological tissue samples and clinical data of patients were well preserved; ? The patients were in good general condition, aged 40 to 70 years old, without serious heart, lung, kidney, liver dysfunction and metabolic diseases;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? The patient had serious heart, lung, kidney, liver dysfunction and metabolic diseases; ? patients with two or more kinds of malignant tumors; ? Participated in other drug clinical investigators in the past three months; ? the investigator considers that it is not suitable to participate in the clinical trial;
