Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinical postgraduates with no prior experience in laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2.Those who satisfy the pre-set mastery passing threshold on the questionnaire assessing theoretical knowledge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who experience unpleasant reactions to the simulation equipment and simulation training; 2.Those who experience adverse reactions to wearing NIRSIT equipment, such as vertigo, headache, nausea, vomiting, etc; 3.Individuals with a history of mental illness or another diagnosed cognitive disorder.
