18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral adjacent teeth exist, and the gap between missing teeth is greater than 7mm 2. The keratinizing gum has sufficient width (greater than 3mm) 3. Postoperative follow-up for at least one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases (uncontrollable diabetes, immune system diseases, history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, etc.) 2. Smoking greater than 10/day and abuse of drugs and alcohol 2. Oral dysfunction such as night molars and clenched teeth 3. Poor oral hygiene (plaque index and full mouth bleeding score>25%) 4. Immediate implantation or immediate repair (less than three months after tooth extraction) 5. Patients undergoing bone augmentation surgery (including autologous bone grafting or allogeneic bone grafting) 6. Patients who have been replanted at the site of infection after implantation. 7. Incomplete medical records.
