Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria of Disease Group: (1) the patients were diagnosed with glioma by pathological diagnosis and imaging analysis; (2) Participant aged>18 years old; (3) All participants were not undergoing antibiotics treatment within 2 months before the specimens were collected. Inclusion Criteria of Healthy Control Group: (1) The participants were recruited from glioma patients' families;(2) Participant aged>18 years old; (3) All participants were not undergoing antibiotics treatment within 2 months before the specimens were collected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. All participants were in pregnancy and lactation; 2. The patients were in a severe unconscious state; 3. The subjects had a history of liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. The subjects had a history of malignant tumors in other parts of body; 5. The subjects with severe infections and must use broad-spectrum antibiotics.
